Scope of involvement
The assignment required detailed scope review, programme insight, and close collaboration with both ISG and Powell site teams.
- Tender & Commercial Review – Assessment of scope clarity, exclusions, and alignment with the ISG programme and contract conditions.
- Programme & Valuation Support – Commercial programming insight to validate application timing and milestone cash flow.
- Contractual Positioning – Advice on payment terms, scope amendments, and variations within the ISG subcontract framework.
- Close Collaboration – Alignment of commissioning deliverables with NHS trust handover expectations.
