Commissioned under Galliford Try Asset Intelligence, Nexus supported Powell's BMS upgrade works across DEFRA's APHA Weybridge campus and satellite units.

- Tender Clarification & Design Review – Alignment of DEFRA technical standards with the commercial package and clarification of grey scope.
- NEC4 Option A Contract Support – Pricing and compliance support, including Z clause interpretation and programme impact.
- Payment Management & Programme Monitoring – Alignment of deliverables to the valuation schedule and monitoring against the live programme.
- Risk Register Oversight – Identification of delivery risk and mitigation of early-stage commercial exposure.
